Identified hosts?

Yes. Lily Pebbles and Anna Gardner

Explained what the show is about?
Yes. Getting to know asparational women, their passions, inspirations and finding out what makes them tick.

Time to topic
Less than 2 mins. Perfect

Good chemistry with host(s)?
Yes. Lily and Anna mesh really well together.

Show structure/type
This was an interview with the Editor-in-Chief of Glamour UK, Jo Elvin. If I understand it correctly, they will be traveling to their interview subject’s home and conducting the interview there, hence the name “At Home With”.

Topic(s) discussed
Jo’s home decor (and you could see pictures of the things they were talking about if you listen on Acast) | Jo’s career | a little tour around Jo’s house | things that Jo’s husband hates | Jo’s handbag habit | places she likes to shop | Podcast advice | her own podcast

Audio quality
Good, clear and crisp. The intro and outro had a little fuzz, but no big deal. They were outside in the elements. A wind screen could take care of that easily.

Passion/personality
Lily and Anna’s personality shine through with ease. They sound like they love what they’re doing. They convey the passion effortlessly.

Gave out socials/site(s)?
Yep. Gave out socials. I don’t think they have a site dedicated to the podcast yet.

Gave out schedule?
No

Mentioned Hashtag?
No, but a quick search on Twitter for the atHomeWith hashtag reveals the listeners are already actively using it. Good deal.

Ask anything of the audience/call-to-action(CTA)?
Yes. They asked the listener to listen on Acast to see the pics. They asked the listener to check out Jo’s podcast (link below). They asked the listener to subscribe and rate them 5 stars on Apple podcasts. They also asked that you find them on social. These are all standard, but absolutely necessary CTAs. Nice job.

Summary
I’d never heard of Lily and Anna prior to this podcast. I came across them while searching on Twitter. It looks as though they’ve already built a following before launching the show. As a new podcaster, this is a great way to guarantee support for your show right from the beginning. It can also spell trouble for some shows if they take for granted the fact that they’re entering a new medium. I don’t think that happened with the At Home With show. They did many of the things (see above) that a new, unknown podcaster should do. Kudos to them. It feels like they did their homework before diving in.

Also, around the 29 min mark, they asked Jo for podcast advice. She responded and said that when interviewing people you have to have a natural curiosity. I FULLY agree with this. Anna and Lily both exuded a natural curiosity about Jo and her life. I’m not into the topics they covered…at all, but if I were, I’d have fun listening to them talk to people about it.

Recommendation
I think Anna and Lily are hitting on all cylinders. They did a great job all around. I only have two minor recommendations. First, a wind screen for the mic they used when they were outside. Second, mention the hashtag on the show because new listeners could always use some prodding.
