I opened this in December 2025, but I am selling it because I stopped playing with Dolls after using it a few times.
It's in beautiful condition because I haven't played with it much.
The operation has also been confirmed. I will send it with the batteries in, so you can play with it right away.
I think all the accessories are included.
I will send the outer box as well, but I will fold it when packing.
The instruction manual is not included, but you can view the official instruction manual by searching for "Licca-chan House Grand Maison Instruction Manual" on the internet.
An adult assembled it, so I think it's assembled relatively well.
Assembly is quite difficult, so I would like to send it as is.
I plan to send it in a 160 size box, but please note that I may disassemble it slightly if it doesn't fit in the 160 size box.
